Or two...or three...
Savannah and I both stepped in to see our grandparents (and take a few pictures) when I went out to feed this chickens late this afternoon. Of interest on that front, the old hens laid TWO eggs today!! Usually we get nothing from them, and if anything a single, lonely egg...so two was rather exciting! I restocked Grandma in the egg department, scrubbed the toilet, and then chattered at Grandpa for a bit. We almost always seem to have the same conversation about "my" hat--which was his:

Anyway, after I announced, "I'm hungry!" for the second or third time, we actually left; but only to take a few minutes posing for one another before finally coming in. I went to the basement to check on the fire while Savannah got to work on making us a tasty supper.
