Once Upon a Time...

I decided, since I'm down with a meningitis attack that I would finish up this story I imagined Saturday night...

Every now and again, I have, in my own not-necessarily-too-humble opinion, a decent story, but then I can't think up a fanciful name. Thus it is that this mix-up on the classic Cinderella ended up with that unimaginative name...

Without further ado: Once Upon a Time...

Bravo!! I like this better than the typical Cinderella story! Finally, NO silly slipper :D What prince is so "taken" with a girl that the only way he can find her is by putting a shoe on her foot? :D

I was just talking about that to Savannah yesterday morning while washing up the breakfast dishes...I think originally, the ball was a masquerade ball--which is the only reason the slipper makes sense.

Glad you enjoyed it, Missy! I, as usual, had fun putting my fancies down on 'paper'... :D
