Something New!

Yesterday was Epiphany (or "Little Christmas" as we call it) and it was very small...but quite nice! :)

Mama got me something along the lines of a desire I have had for a while...

This was my immediate reaction:

Most of the songs in this book require a re-tuning of the guitar...something I have never brought myself to do--yet.

Alright, so maybe as a Reformed Presby, I shouldn't like Geogrian chants, but I do...so this book really tickles me. It's FAT...with the history of the pieces as well as the Latin words and English translations.

I must admit here that I have yet to try my hand at any of these pieces. I was actually going to do so while rendering After Effects compositions (I have half a dozen or so in the queue), but with a warning about a hard-drive space shortage, I am instead moving files around on the Monster while typing here. It is my opinion that I seriously need to organize my external hard-drive...it's a mess of files. :P

Well, I've gotten enough stuff moved that I'm no longer showing red on my C drive. Guess I'll see if I can get all these comps rendered now. (And maybe get a little finger pickin' in!)
